Marley Carviou graduated from Coe College with degrees in Kinesiology and Public Relations. During her time at Coe College, she played collegiate softball and now serves as their Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for all sports. She has four years of hands-on experience working with both athletes and the general public from ages ranging from 12 to 60 years old.
Jeff is a highly educated, engaged and motivated health and wellness professional. His energetic and personalized approach has been instrumental in keeping me motivated, focused and committed to my goals. Plus, he is a fun and positive person to be around.
